About Invicta
Invicta watches are made by the Invicta Watch Group, which is an American company based in Hollywood, Florida. The company was originally founded in 1837 in Switzerland by Raphael Picard and stayed in the family until it was bought out in 1991.
Invitca watches are known for their extremely stylized look. There are models for any occasion and for any use, most of which are also very affordable.
Invicta's most celebrated models are the Pro Diver watch and Lupah watch lines. Invicta's idea for the Pro Diver was to offer buyers a reasonably priced alternative to the Rolex Submariner and Omega Seamaster watches, which can run in the thousands of dollars for a brand new watch. The Lupah comes in a staggering number of variations. If you're looking to buy invicta watches, then Brand Name Watch Auctions is the place to do it.
Invicta Watch Movements
For those who want to get a bit more technical, Invicta has five movements based on where the watch was made. Invicta outsources production to various countries, thus the movements are labelled as such:
1. "Made in the U.S.A"
2. ETA (Swiss) - owned by the Swatch Group
3. Sellita (Swiss)
4. RONDA (Swiss)
5. Citizen/Miyota (Japan)
